- have empathy and understanding of the child’s individual learning abilities and SEND needs
- have a passion for developing a love of learning in children
- have high expectations of pupil achievements and behaviour and be committed to raising standards under the direction of the class teacher
- be a positive individual with initiative, drive, integrity and a cheerful disposition
- demonstrate our school values and motto
We can offer you
- a small village school with friendly staff, parents and children
- children who are well behaved and love learning
- a supportive team
