The Governors of Withington C of E Primary School wish to appoint an experienced, passionate and innovative School Business Manager to support the continued development of our school. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work alongside the Headteacher and Governors to shape and drive the vision of the school to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils, parents and staff. The successful candidate must be a confident leader who can function as part of a team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work strategically, be highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities of this role will include the management of HR, Finance, Premises, ICT and Administration.

The successful candidate will:

• Be experienced at school business, finance and resources management.
• Have proven skills at managing systems and people.
• Monitor and evaluate performance and processes.
• Think creatively and problem solve.
• Be able to plan for and implement new initiatives.
