The
Hucclecote Centre is located on the eastern side of
Gloucester, about 3 miles from the city centre.
By car from the north
If approaching from the M5
motorway, you should leave at Junction 11 and follow the
A40, signed Gloucester. At the first roundabout take the
second exit travelling south on the A417. At the second
roundabout take the first exit signed, Cirencester,
Stroud, Oxford, Gloucester Trading Estate and Brockworth.
Travel in the right hand lane and at the next roundabout
take the second exit, signed Barnwood, Hucclecote,
Gloucester Trading Estate. At the end of the dual
carriageway move to the right hand lane and turn right
at the traffic lights, signed Barnwood, Hucclecote, into
Hucclecote Road. At the first set of traffic lights go
straight ahead and pass under the motorway bridge. At
the second set of traffic lights turn right into
Churchdown Lane. Take the first turning right into
Buscombe Gardens and then left, continue straight ahead
to the visitors' car park.
By car from the south
If approaching by the M5 motorway
leave at Junction 11A. At the first roundabout (Zoons
Court) take the first exit signed Brockworth,
Hucclecote, Gloucester Trading Estate. At the end of the
dual carriageway move to the right hand lane and turn
right at the traffic lights, signed Barnwood,
Hucclecote, into Hucclecote Road. At the first set of
traffic lights go straight ahead and pass under the
motorway bridge. At the second set of traffic lights
turn right into Churchdown Lane. Take the first turning
right into Buscombe Gardens and then left, continue
straight ahead to the visitors' car park.

By train
Gloucester is a main-line British
Rail station and is well served by trains from London,
Bristol, Birmingham and Cardiff. Travel to the Centre
(approx. 3 miles away) can be made by bus or by Taxi
from the station.

Travel to the Hucclecote Centre
can be made by No. 10 bus services from Clarence Street in
the centre of Gloucester, approximately five
minutes walk from the station and buses run every ten
minutes during the main part of the day.
