Admin HistoryParkend St Paul is an ecclesiastical parish in the Diocese of Gloucester, formed in 1842 from extraparochial areas of the Forest of Dean and part of Newland parish. It is in the civil parish of West Dean. The benefice included St Luke's mission church at Yorkley Wood from 1909; in 1968 St Luke's was closed and the parsonage at Yorkley was adapted for the mission and was known as Yorkley Church Centre; the mission was ended in 1991 and the parsonage was sold in 1993
