Admin HistoryThis firm would seem to have its origins at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Thomas Brookes of High Street, Tewkesbury, appears in directories of 1820, 1842, 1852 while William Lloyd Chandler and the firm Chandler and Badham are listed in a directory of 1852. By 1870 the two firms seem to have amalgamated and were known as Badham and Brookes. In 1876 and 1879 they were Badham, Brookes and Badham. They had acquired their present title, Brookes and Badham, by 1885
